Offering a multitude of helpful services, Hosst Concierge wanted to make it easy for hotels to outsource concierge work with a streamlined, inviting website.

The site's first goal is to inform visitors about the nature of the outsourced concierge business. Given the wide range of services offered by Hosst, we felt that the tagline "It's like having a friend in the city" quickly communicated the essence of their work - and the personality of this winning firm.

The budget for this project was tight; accordingly, we advised against the immediate implementation of a full e-commerce approach. Given the client's existing phone support capabilities, we recommended offering online forms for service orders, to be followed up by telephone contact. Built on the flexible Drupal content management platform, the site affords quick upgrade to online order processing in the future.
